Trinity Consulting Group in Eastwood, Quezon City, onsite, is seeking a Sales and Account Management Specialist to support enterprise clients with account handling, issue resolution, and sales coordination. You will manage customer queries related to freight forwarding, coordinate with internal teams, and aid lead generation, retention, and CRM updates.

The role requires strong client communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with experience in customer service,

Qualifications

Inbound customer service experience in a BPO setting.
Experience in sales and customer retention.
Experience with enterprise accounts or logistics is a plus.

Responsabilités

Manage Enterprise accounts via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
Communicate with customers, resolve concerns, and assist internal teams as needed.
Handle tracking, shipment issues, customs docs, and invoice disputes with customers.
Coordinate with Billing, Claims, and other departments to deliver best-in-class service.
Schedule appointments and meetings for sales and customer acquisition.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain CRM records (Freshdesk & Hubspot).
Provide troubleshooting and order/status support to customers as needed.
Report day-to-day activities and notable events to supervisors.
