Job summary

Quickflo Forwarders Inc. is seeking a competent Logistics/Customs Administration professional for our Multinational team in Parañaque. You will coordinate with internal and external customers, support freight forwarding operations, and contribute to smooth service delivery.

The role emphasizes customer relationship building, sales support, and effective negotiation in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in Paranaque is required, with readiness to start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage.
• Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong internal and external customer relationship skills.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
• Willingness to work on-site in Multinational, Parañaque.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
