Qualifications

• At least 2 years in B2B customer service or support.
• Experience handling high volumes of requests and inbox management.
• Familiarity with MS Office and enterprise reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a unified account team with inside and outside sales.
• Research and fulfill quote requests with reporting and analysis support.
• Help manage customers’ annuity and renewal business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain and update customer documentation accurately.
