Visa Hunt in Mexico is hiring a Customer Service specialist to handle inbound calls for U.S.-based home services clients, scheduling appointments and delivering professional, friendly service. You will represent the client as part of their office, using scripts and standard greetings.

The role requires excellent spoken and written English, reliable internet and hardware, and flexibility to work 9-hour PST shifts across multiple daily slots. Training is provided.
