Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to potential clients via email and phone (cold/warm calls).
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team and add to calendar; follow up via email/SMS.
• Follow up via SMS and phone with people who book new appointments.
• Maintain and update prospect information in CRM and outreach tools.
• Follow multi-channel outreach sequences and keep sequence/contacts updated.
• Utilize communication and tracking tools such as messaging platforms, email, and spreadsheets.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
• Monitor inboxes for replies and move leads into appropriate sequences.
