Job summary

Insideoutva in Mexico is seeking a Customer Service professional to handle inbound calls for U.S.-based home services clients and to schedule appointments. You will represent the client as if working in their office, use approved scripts, capture detailed notes, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering friendly, professional service.

Training is provided. Shifts follow PST hours with varied days; this is a full-time role offering a monthly compensation of $1000 and flexible rest days

Qualifications

• Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps with low latency.
• Computer with at least 6 cores, 12 threads, and 8 GB RAM.
• Reliable backup power source.
• BPO or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask while managing calls and documentation.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and friendly.
• Represent the client as if working directly in their office.
• Use the client’s standard greeting and approved scripts.
• Accurately answer customer inquiries about services.
• Book appointments using the client’s CRM or scheduling platform.
• Take detailed call summary notes during each interaction.
• Record customer contact information, inquiry details, and relevant notes.
• Send complete and accurate call summaries to the client after each call.
• Send follow-up text messages or emails when required.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
