Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral, professional phone manner.
• Proven background handling inbound customer calls in a high-volume setting.
• Hands-on time with Jobber (scheduling and field service management software).
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Time spent on appointment setting and calendar/schedule management.
• At ease with CRM systems and updating records in real time.
• Capacity to stay calm, courteous, and solutions-focused with customers.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work on your own initiative.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound customer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries end to end.
• Book and schedule service jobs accurately into the company scheduling system (Jobber).
• Key in and hold accurate customer and job records in the CRM.
• Coordinate scheduling across several business locations.
• Speak with field technicians about job assignments, timing, and updates.
• Carry out post-call administrative tasks including data entry and record updates.
• Run customer follow-ups as required.
• Back the existing office team by absorbing a share of the daily call volume.
• Settle scheduling conflicts and rebook appointments where required.
• Hold a high standard of customer service on every interaction.
