Sutherland is seeking a motivated Customer Service Consultant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls and delivering exceptional service to consumers.

You may respond to inquiries, process payments, and perform general account maintenance while identifying opportunities to upsell products or services. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; reading skills required.
• Experience with CRM applications preferred.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; MS Office experience required.

Responsabilités
