Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of reading proficiently.
• Experience with multiple applications and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to consumers.
• Respond to inquiries about products and services, process payments, or perform general account maintenance.
• Upsell customers to new products or services when appropriate and aligned with policies.
