Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in the Philippines to be the primary contact for inbound calls and deliver exceptional service to consumers.

You will respond to inquiries about products and services, process payments, and perform general account maintenance. Upselling to new products or services may be encouraged, requiring strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to handle high inbound call volume.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multi-tasking across several applications; CRM experience preferred.
• Basic PC keyboarding; MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the Point of Contact; answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumers.
• Respond to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance.
• Upsell customers to new products or services when encouraged.
