Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a motivated Customer Service Consultant to join Legazpi team. The role handles inbound calls, answers inquiries about products and services, processes payments, and maintains accounts. Up-selling may be encouraged where appropriate.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM tools and MS Office. Excellent multitasking and reading abilities are also valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask using several applications; CRM experience preferred.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact and answer inbound calls to provide customer service.
• Respond to inquiries about products and services, process payments, or perform general account maintenance.
• Up-selling to new products or services may be encouraged.
