Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, building trust with clients, and aiming to meet call center benchmarks while providing top-notch service. Prior BPO exposure is a plus, and shift flexibility is common.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school graduate (SHS) or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• BPO experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities
