Qualifications

• At least College Level or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of BPO experience
• At least 1 year of inbound call experience, with 6 months recent relative experience
• At least 1 year of CSAT/VOC/NPS experience, with 6 months recent relative experience
• Recent unemployment not more than 6–12 months
• Experience in customer service and consultative sales preferred
• Must have 25 Mbps internet and a private quiet area to work from home
• Willing to follow a hybrid onsite/remote work arrangement
• Background verification required before employment

Responsibilities

• Deliver service on a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Consult with Card Members to understand needs and tailor solutions
• Reinforce card membership benefits and tenure
• Recommend product offers and enrollments to deepen engagement
• Develop selling skills to strengthen relationships
• Address inquiries including statements, replacements, payments, and rewards
• Update customer account information
• Use tools to identify solutions and anticipate needs
• Maintain first-contact resolution
• Meet or exceed sales, quality, compliance, and productivity metrics
• Support team and business partners to drive success
