Job summary

American Express International Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Professional in the Philippines to handle a high volume of inbound calls with a customer-first mindset. You will tailor personal solutions, reinforce card-member benefits, and identify opportunities for product offers to deepen engagement.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, resilience, and the ability to maintain service levels across payment and rewards inquiries in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of collective BPO experience.
• At least 1 year of inbound calls experience (6 months recent).
• CSAT/VOC/NPS experience (6 months recent).
• Recent unemployment should not exceed 6–12 months and BPO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with a Customer First mindset.
• Consult with card members to tailor personal solutions and promote benefits.
• Provide product offers or enrollments to deepen loyalty and engagement.
• Develop selling skills to strengthen relationships and meet performance metrics.
• Address inquiries (statements, replacements, payments, rewards) and update accounts.
• Aim for first point of contact resolution using available tools.
