Job Role & Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and resolve high-volume inbound customer inquiries (via phone, chat, or email) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for customer concerns, ensuring first-call resolution (FCR) where possible.
• Maintain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to effectively assist customers.
