• Explain pricing and timelines clearly in professional English.
• Respond to questions and objections about remote virtual assistants.
• Record detailed notes for a smooth handoff to recruitment.
• Follow up with prospects by email and phone to progress the process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to hand off information on time.
• Track conversations and status in CRM (Pipedrive).
• Contact warm leads via email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Maintain a professional, consultative client approach.
