Job summary

Tavor Perry in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to lead discovery calls with business owners seeking outsourcing services. You will guide warm leads through our recruitment process, present our offerings with a prepared deck, and build strong relationships through consultative conversations.

You'll work remotely, coordinate with recruitment and internal teams, and maintain CRM notes in Pipedrive.

Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (sales coordination, customer service, account management, appointment setting).
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to take detailed notes without breaking the natural flow of conversation.
• Professional phone presence with clear, confident communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured 30-minute discovery calls with prospects who have shown interest in our services.
• Present our process and service offering with a well-prepared presentation deck.
• Ask insightful, probing questions to understand each client's business, challenges, and specific requirements.
• Explain pricing, timelines, and how our process works clearly in professional English.
• Address client questions, concerns, and objections about remote virtual assistants.
• Take detailed notes on client requirements to ensure a smooth handoff to our recruitment team.
• Follow up with prospects by email and phone to keep the process moving.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a timely, accurate handoff of client information.
• Track conversations and prospect status in our CRM system (Pipedrive).
• Connect with warm leads through email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Keep a professional, consultative approach with clients at all times.
