Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English.
• At least 1 year in customer-facing roles (sales coordination, customer service, account management, appointment setting).
• Strong active listening and detailed note-taking while keeping conversations natural.
• Professional phone presence with clear communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated, accountable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Solid internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
• Willingness to work US business hours (EST or PST).
• Experience in consultative sales or recruitment/outsourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured 30-minute discovery calls with prospects who expressed interest.
• Present process and service offering with a prepared deck.
• Ask insightful questions to understand client business and requirements.
• Explain pricing and timelines clearly in professional English.
• Address questions, concerns, and objections about remote VAs.
• Capture client requirements for handoff to recruitment team.
• Follow up with prospects via email and phone to progress them.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely handoffs.
• Record conversations and prospect status in CRM (Pipedrive).
• Reach out to warm leads via email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
