You will guide warm leads through our recruitment process, explain our outsourcing solution, and help clients make informed decisions, supported by structured presentations and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing roles (sales coordination, customer service, account management, appointment setting).
• Strong active listening with note-taking while keeping conversation flowing.
• Professional phone presence with clear, confident communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Business acumen and ability to quickly grasp client challenges.
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Steady internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• Available to work US business hours (EST or PST).
• Patient and thorough in explaining services to prospects.

Responsibilities

• Hold structured 30-minute discovery calls with prospects who have shown interest in our services.
• Walk prospects through our process and service offering using a well-prepared presentation deck.
• Ask thoughtful, probing questions to understand each client's business, challenges, and specific requirements.
• Explain pricing, timelines, and how our process works, clearly and in professional English.
• Respond to client questions, concerns, and objections about remote virtual assistants.
• Record detailed notes on client requirements so the handoff to our recruitment team goes smoothly.
• Follow up with prospects by email and phone to keep them moving through the process.
• Work with internal teams to make sure client information is passed along accurately and on time.
• Log conversations and prospect status in our CRM system (Pipedrive).
• Contact warm leads through email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Stay professional and consultative with clients at all times.
