Tavor Perry is seeking an Outbound Calling Specialist to initiate conversations with business owners and schedule calls with our leadership team. You will follow up on earlier outreach, determine openness to confidential discussions, and maintain precise CRM records in a professional, discreet environment.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, demonstrates strong judgment, and can own the process from first contact to follow-up scheduling with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound calling experience with U.S. business owners or senior decision-makers.
• Excellent spoken English with a professional, mature, conversational phone presence.
• Strong judgment and discretion in confidential conversations.
• Experience setting appointments and managing callbacks and follow-ups.
• Comfortable logging calls, dispositions, and notes accurately in a CRM.
• Quick learner about industry terminology at a working level.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional calling environment.
• Attentive, dependable, and able to own work end to end.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Call business owners from a provided list, referring to prior outreach.
• Introduce our firm professionally and assess openness to confidential discussions.
• Book 20–30 minute calls with our leadership team.
• Schedule and manage callbacks and follow-up dates to capture opportunities.
• Log every call in our CRM with disposition notes.
• Pass substantive questions to leadership without discussing price or terms.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all conversations.
• Learn key industry terms to hold credible conversations.
