Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand client business, challenges, and requirements.
• Explain pricing and timelines clearly in professional English.
• Respond to questions and objections about remote virtual assistants.
• Write detailed notes for a seamless handoff to recruitment.
• Follow up with prospects by email and phone.
• Coordinate with internal teams for on-time handoffs.
• Track conversations in Pipedrive CRM.
• Contact warm leads via email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Maintain a professional, consultative approach.
