You will guide warm leads through our recruitment process with a consultative, relationship-focused approach, aiming to build trust and help clients make informed decisions.

The role emphasizes inbound inquiries, strong English communication, and accurate note-taking in our CRM (Pipedrive).

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (sales coordination, customer service, account management, appointment setting).
• Strong active listening skills with detailed note-taking without breaking conversation flow.
• Professional phone presence with clear, confident communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Business acumen and ability to understand client challenges quickly.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured 30-minute discovery calls with prospects who have expressed interest in our services.
• Present our process and services using a well-prepared presentation deck.
• Ask sharp, probing questions to understand each client’s business, challenges, and specific requirements.
• Explain pricing, timelines, and our process clearly in professional English.
• Address client questions, concerns, and objections about remote virtual assistants.
• Capture detailed notes on client requirements for a smooth handoff to our recruitment team.
• Follow up with prospects by email and phone to keep them progressing.
• Coordinate with internal teams so client information is passed along promptly and accurately.
• Track conversations and prospect status in our CRM (Pipedrive).
• Engage warm leads through email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Keep a professional, consultative approach with clients at all times.
