Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal HR team in the Philippines. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to support growth objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and a professional, confidential approach to recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR role.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and stakeholders throughout.
• Prepare and manage offers in coordination with HR and business partners.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain recruitment records and update ATS/HR systems timely.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.
