Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for various positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment processes in the applicant tracking system.
