LNL Archipelago Minerals Incorporated is seeking an ICT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in Zambales, Central Luzon. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our information technology infrastructure. As an ICT Support Specialist, you will be the frontline of technical support, ensuring that all users across the organisation have access to the technology and assistance they need to perform their duties effectively. You will play a vital part in minimising downtime, resolving technical issues promptly, and contributing to the overall digital transformation objectives of LNL Archipelago Minerals Incorporated.
The ICT Support Specialist provides Level 2 technical support for ICT infrastructure, end-user computing devices, applications, network connectivity, and related ICT services across Leonio Group business units and operational sites. The role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing onsite and remote support, conducting ICT operational activities, maintaining service documentation, supporting ICT asset lifecycle activities, and participating in ICT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ICT Support Specialist shall be assigned to Headquarters, project sites, vessels, remote offices, or other operational locations based on business requirements and the direction of the ICT Support Supervisor.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Level 2 technical support, ICT operations, field/multi-site support, equipment deployment, asset management, and technical troubleshooting.
Relevant IT certifications, technical training, or professional development in hardware, networking, IT service management, Microsoft, Cisco, or related technologies is an advantage. A valid driver’s license is preferred for field assignments.
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, operating system, application, printer, peripheral, and end-user computing issues. Able to perform technical assessments, corrective actions, basic root-cause analysis, and proper escalation of complex issues.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, access points, and basic network infrastructure. Able to perform basic network troubleshooting using standard diagnostic tools.
Knowledge and experience in ICT equipment deployment, installation, retrieval, turnover, asset validation, inventory updating, warranty coordination, and asset lifecycle activities. Able to properly document and maintain asset transaction records.
Ability to provide onsite technical support across headquarters, business units, branches, warehouses, project sites, remote offices, vessels, and other operational locations. Willing to travel and work in different operational environments as required.
Knowledge and experience in ICT equipment installation, configuration, testing, deployment, UAT support, technology upgrades, and post-deployment stabilization. Able to follow project schedules and coordinate assigned implementation activities.
Able to prepare accurate Service Reports, technical assessment reports, deployment records, troubleshooting documentation, configuration records, and other required ICT reports within the prescribed reporting schedule.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, customer service, documentation, teamwork, accountability, adaptability, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Able to work independently and effectively coordinate with users, ICT team members, vendors, site representatives, and other stakeholders.
