Job summary

LNL Archipelago Minerals Incorporated is hiring an ICT Support Specialist to join our team in Zambales on a full-time basis. You will provide Level 2 technical support across ICT infrastructure, user devices, and networks, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable access to technology for all employees.

You will handle onsite and remote support, asset deployment and documentation, and contribute to ICT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Level 2 technical support, ICT operations, field/multi-site support, equipment deployment, asset management, and technical troubleshooting.
Relevant IT certifications, technical training, or professional development in hardware, networking, IT service management, Microsoft, Cisco, or related technologies is an advantage. A valid driver’s license is preferred for field assignments.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support for ICT infrastructure, end-user devices, applications, network connectivity and related ICT services across sites.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform onsite and remote support, maintain service documentation.
Provide ICT asset lifecycle activities, asset deployment and documentation, and participate in ICT projects.
