Acts as the first point of contact for Engineer and Team Leader about technical issues, delivering timely and effective solutions to maintain productivity and system reliability
Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of critical function specific components or activities.
Lead the analysis and troubleshooting of complex technical issues related to network, server, and application infrastructure.
Create or modify support operations processes as needed, with objectives clearly defined and aligned with international standards.
Respond to, manage, and recover from any end-user complaints or escalations by leveraging expert resources to resolve issues.
Supervise technical operation activities related to specific function or designated team.
Work closely with the ICT Group Leader /Supervisor/Manager in the planning and execution of operational plans, aligning with business direction and ICT strategy.
Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
Facilitate scoping sessions with the project team to define solutions.
Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, conception, planning, ideation, launch, execution, monitoring, closure, and presentation.
4-year degree college graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electronics and Communications Engineers or any IT related course.
At least Four (4) to Five (5) years of experience in a Technical Support role, or in a leadership, supervisory, or senior/lead support role within an IT or technical support environment.
Ability to articulate, explain and present complex plans to groups of varying technical understanding, and provide customers with consistent, proactive, professional, high quality, customer-oriented services.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Demonstrate a caring customer service attitude, a strong commitment to operational excellence and be able to display behaviors and a commitment to the organizations core value

Hands-on Experience on ERP and Microsoft Excel VBA Macro
Experience of any Programming Languages
Experience of Oracle/SQL operation
Experience of Data Analysis Certification
Microsoft SQL Server Certification
ITIL (processes for incident, problems, and change management.
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
Hands-on experience in Windows Server Operating Systems; along with Networking protocols, Active Directory and Backup systems.
