Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting agency in the Philippines, partners with a leading semiconductor manufacturer to hire an IT Support Analyst in Laguna. The IT Support Analyst provides Level 2/3 support for servers, network, and end‑user devices, managing desktops, printers, and peripherals onsite at Laguna Technopark.

The role reports to the IT Manager and operates on a day shift with a ₱55,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Field.
• 2 years of LAN, network, servers and PC experience.
• 1+ year experience with networking and Microsoft systems.
• 1 year supporting Active Directory and servers in production.
• Experience using a Service Desk Tool such as ServiceNow.
• Wired and Wireless network design and implementation.
• Proficient in Windows OS, Outlook, Office, Active Directory (domain accounts & DHCP), and end-user device setup.
• Strong experience in network and infrastructure support (wired/wireless LANs, Dell Servers, VxRail, Nutanix, Cisco 9300 switches, VOIP, access points, printers).
• Ground-up deployment, configuration, maintenance and repair of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; excellent English communication.
• Preferred MCSE MCITP or CCNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve IT technical issues for internal customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Log, monitor, and escalate IT issues as needed.
• Provide desktop and end-user support, including problem tracking and diagnostics.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain software, PCs, printers, switches, servers, and related IT equipment.
• Deploy new PCs, manage PC roll-downs, and maintain accurate IT asset records and inventories.
• Escalate advanced technical issues and collaborate with managers on priorities.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and Purchasing for evaluation and procurement of IT equipment.
• Support users with onboarding, manufacturing systems, and ensure compliance with quality and safety policies.

The Role

The IT Support Analyst provides comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, network, and server‑related issues encountered by end users. This role supports a wide range of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, printers, wireless scanners, mobile devices, Wi‑Fi access, and other peripherals. The position also delivers Level 2 / Level 3 support for the company's infrastructure (servers and IT infrastructure) as required. The IT Support Specialist reports directly to the IT Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Escalate advanced technical issues to appropriate support resources and collaborate with managers and team leads on priorities.
• Coordinate closely with IT vendors, suppliers, and the Purchasing team for evaluation and procurement of IT and network equipment.
• Support users with IT requirements, onboarding and training, manufacturing systems, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and organizational policies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Field
• With 2 years of LAN, Network, Servers and PC experiences..
• 1 year plus years experience working with both networking and Microsoft systems.
• 1 year supporting Active Directory and servers in a production environment.
• Experience in using Service Desk Tool such as ServiceNow.
• Wired and Wireless network design and implementation
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS, Outlook, Office, Active Directory (domain accounts & DHCP), and end‑user device setup for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Strong experience in network and infrastructure support, including wired/wireless LANs, Dell Servers, VxRail, Nutanix, Cisco 9300 switches, VOIP (Cisco), access points, and printer/multifunction device configuration and troubleshooting.
• Skilled in ground‑up deployment, configuration, maintenance, and repair of laptops, desktops, and network-connected peripherals.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written), with a patient, customer‑focused, and service‑oriented approach.
• Preferred (MCSE) MCITP or CCNA certification.
