Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking a Workforce Mobilization Coordinator to ensure employees are ready to commence work on schedule and meet project requirements.

You will be the main contact for mobilization questions, coordinate travel, arrange accommodation, manage rosters and site access, and collaborate with Mobilization, Recruitment, HR, and Projects teams to deliver a smooth candidate experience while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce mobilization, coordination or onboarding.
• Experience coordinating pre-employment checks, travel, and site access requirements.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce mobilization to ensure employees are ready to commence work on schedule and meet project requirements.
• Be the main point of contact for mobilisation-related questions, updates, and issues.
• Manage compliance requirements, including pre-employment checks, medical assessments, qualifications, licences, PPE, and site access.
• Arrange travel and accommodation, including flight and accommodation bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Manage rosters and schedules to support project and workforce requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the Mobilization, Recruitment, HR, and Projects teams to ensure all requirements are met.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information
