Technology Elite, Inc. in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to lead workforce mobilisation for shutdowns and maintenance projects on site. You will coordinate travel, accommodation, and onboarding, while maintaining strict compliance with licences, medicals and documentation.

You will track mobilisation progress, manage records, and liaise with employees, clients and providers to meet deadlines. Weekend coverage and onsite reporting are required.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience in a Mobilisation Coordinator role within shutdowns and maintenance.
• Experience coordinating workforce mobilisation in mining, civil, construction, resources or related industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of mobilisation processes, workforce compliance and document management.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel according to client and operational needs.
• Verify personnel compliance by reviewing licences, qualifications, medicals, training records and other documentation to ensure validity prior to mobilisation.
• Maintain accurate mobilisation trackers, compliance registers and document expiry trackers.
• Ensure all employee records and documentation are stored correctly using company document management procedures.
• Book pre-employment, periodic and client-required medical assessments through approved providers.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for personnel in line with mobilisation schedules.
• Process personnel through client online systems, including onboarding, inductions and workforce management portals.
• Monitor training, certification and medical expiry dates and coordinate renewals.
• Liaise with employees, clients, travel providers, training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure mobilisation deadlines are achieved.
• Follow up with personnel to ensure all required documentation and inductions are completed on time.
• Data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy of workforce records.
• Identify, escalate and resolve mobilisation or compliance issues impacting schedules.
