ConnectOS in Metro Manila invites a Workforce Mobilization Coordinator to ensure employees are ready to start on schedule. You’ll act as the main point of contact for mobilization questions, manage compliance checks, arrange travel and accommodation, and coordinate rosters to support project needs.

Collaborating with Mobilization, Recruitment, HR and Projects teams, you will deliver a positive candidate experience, maintain accurate records, and protect confidential information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in workforce mobilization, workforce coordination, onboarding, or a similar coordination role.
• Experience coordinating pre-employment checks, medical assessments, travel arrangements, accommodation, rosters, or site access requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate workforce mobilization to ensure employees are ready to commence work on schedule and meet project requirements.
• Be the main point of contact for mobilisation-related questions, updates, and issues.
• Manage compliance requirements, including pre-employment checks, medical assessments, qualifications, licences, PPE, and site access.
• Arrange travel and accommodation, including flight and accommodation bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Manage rosters and schedules to support project and workforce requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the Mobilization, Recruitment, HR, and Projects teams to ensure all requirements are met.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information
