Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to partner with hiring managers, craft effective job postings, and build strong talent pipelines. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, conduct interviews, reference checks, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in recruitment, strong communication, superb organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Hybrid work setup offered in a central location.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Attract top talent through effective job advertising, recruitment campaigns, candidate sourcing, and talent pipelines.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement through interviews, reference checks, work rights verification, and appointment.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders to support successful hiring outcomes.
• Deliver a great candidate experience through timely communication, professional service, and a fair and transparent selection process.
• Maintain accurate records and up-to-date recruitment documentation, processes, and procedures.
• Resolve recruitment queries and support continuous improvement across recruitment activities.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Team Lead and undertake other duties as required.
