ConnectOS is seeking a proactive Recruitment/Administration specialist to support Australian recruitment operations from Metro Manila. This fixed-term role handles end-to-end pre-employment compliance, onboarding support, and candidate coordination, ensuring accurate records and timely checks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, or talent acquisition support.
• Strong attention to detail with handling compliance docs and confidential information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to support candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion.
• Experience supporting Australian recruitment operations and familiarity with ATS platforms such as PageUp or SuccessFactors.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end pre-employment compliance and ensure checks are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and track compliance requirements (police checks, VEVO, Right-to-Work, medicals, licenses).
• Liaise with candidates to obtain documentation and guide on compliance needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records across systems and document all activities.
• Monitor onboarding progress and resolve delays to protect start dates.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on compliance status and onboarding readiness.
• Track expiry dates for licenses and qualifications and conduct follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and hiring teams to complete requirements.
