Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong time-management, administrative, and communication skills are necessary.
• Hybrid work setup in Makati is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Assist in maintaining a pool of applicants for critical positions.
• Conduct paper-screening of applicants.
• Send email invitations to paper-screened candidates.
• Conduct weekly updates to all applicants on application status.
• Assist scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers and update calendars.
