Job summary

KMC Solutions in Taguig City, Metro Manila, seeks an HR and Recruitment Officer for a full-time, hybrid role. You will manage recruitment processes, support HR initiatives, and help attract and retain top talent through diverse channels and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will conduct interviews, coordinate schedules with hiring managers, and assist onboarding while maintaining confidentiality. Prior experience, excellent communication, and knowledge of Philippines HR regulations are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment and HR support, ideally in an internal recruitment or HR department setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
• Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
• Understanding of employment law, data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Philippines employment regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels and platforms to build a qualified talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment briefs in collaboration with department heads.
• Post job advertisements on company career pages and external job boards.
• Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment records using our HR systems.
• Provide support throughout the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation coordination.
• Assist with employee records management and maintain confidentiality of HR information.
• Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training programmes and performance management processes.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
