STARK ASIA SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.

You will source, screen, endorse candidates, and maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Based in Makati with a hybrid work setup, this role requires fresh graduates welcome, with on-site presence four times a month and a responsibility to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, HR, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised and able to manage an independent recruitment pipeline.
• Willing to work onsite four times per month.
• Must have own laptop and a stable internet connection for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual hiring targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, endorsements, offer management, and closing.
• Conduct initial and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Perform background and reference checks; support onboarding.
