This role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience and aligning staffing with business goals. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in talent acquisition, strong full-cycle recruiting skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: experience in a complete hiring process.
• End-to-End Recruitment: manage from sourcing to onboarding.
• Passive Sourcing Techniques: engage high-potential, non-active candidates.
• Strategic Recruitment Planning: align plans with organizational goals.
• Tech-Savvy: use social media, CV databases, and networks.
• LinkedIn Talent Solutions: proactive sourcing.
• ATS Knowledge: efficient recruitment management.
• Industry Knowledge: up-to-date with recruitment trends.
• Communication Skills: strong verbal and written.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate and facilitate assessment processes, including technical evaluations and panel interviews.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define staffing needs and criteria.
• Proactive Sourcing through LinkedIn, networks, and social platforms.
• Create detailed job descriptions and interview questions for each role.
• Evaluate candidates by CVs, portfolios, and references.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintain comprehensive records of recruitment materials and notes.
