Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the TA team with recruitment coordination and admin duties. You will conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate data across multiple store locations.

Strong English communication and experience with high-volume hiring are essential. The role offers hybrid work with 2–3 onsite days weekly at Mega Tower, Mandaluyong, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Support.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments, preferably in retail, hospitality, or BPO.
• Screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Experience using ATS, preferably SmartRecruiters or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong stakeholder management.
• Experience managing shared recruitment inboxes and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate qualification activities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Manage recruitment requests received through shared inboxes and ticketing systems.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Support recruitment activities across multiple departments and retail locations.
• Respond to recruitment-related enquiries from hiring managers and recruiters.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment requirements.
• Support recruitment reporting and data tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements within recruitment systems.
