Job summary

Hive Health Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Recruitment Associate to own the full end-to-end hiring process across all roles in the company. You will partner with hiring managers and external agencies to drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions, and you will manage the ATS and candidate data.

This hybrid role requires onsite work in Ortigas at least once a week, supporting rapid growth across the Philippines.

Qualifications

2+ years in talent acquisition or a similar role.
End-to-end recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Startup experience preferred; onsite weekly in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment cycle across all openings.
Partner with hiring managers and agencies to align on role scope and timelines.
Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and other channels.
Screen applications and conduct structured interviews.
Administer assessments and conduct reference checks.
Extend offers and negotiate compensation.
Maintain ATS and candidate database.
Track recruitment metrics and performance.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
