Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Makati City on a hybrid basis. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines to support business growth.

The role requires 2+ years in recruitment, familiarity with ATS and high-volume hiring, and collaboration across departments. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
• Experience in corporate or high-volume hiring is an advantage.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Preferably with recruitment experience in the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding endorsement.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the recruitment process.
• Prepare job postings and recommend effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare employment documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate the On-the-Job Training (OJT)/Internship Program, including school partnerships, student endorsements, onboarding, monitoring, and completion requirements.
• Oversee PESO accreditation and coordination, ensuring effective utilization of PESO services and other government employment resources to support recruitment activities.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
