Job summary

HCM Nexus Consulting Inc. is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist for a regional role based in Makati.

You will lead recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia, handle end-to-end hiring processes, and partner with HR and business leaders to fulfill workforce plans. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in HR with 3+ years in talent acquisition in multinational settings, plus strong sourcing, headhunting, and ATS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years in talent acquisition within a multinational in Southeast Asia.
• Experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping for passive candidates.
• Proficient in social media recruiting and ATS such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As our regional recruitment lead, you will be a key player in building high-performing teams and driving recruitment best practices in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
