QuickStart Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate / Executive Search Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.

You will identify, engage, assess, and endorse qualified candidates, build pipelines for current and future roles, and collaborate with account managers to meet client timelines and quality standards. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioral Science, Business Admin or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing encouraged.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, partnering with managers to understand job requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Proactively headhunt passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and maintain positive experience.
• Adhere to SLAs and quality standards for endorsements and placements.
• Coordinate with account managers to align delivery with client timelines.
• Track pipeline status and recruitment metrics; participate in team check-ins.
