Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain large pipelines for hub-based roles. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and delivering qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners around the globe.

The position is dayshift/midshift with hybrid work, based in Ortigas Pasig area. The Sourcer will not own requisitions but will provide high-quality candidate pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent research, or candidate generation.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for hub-based or high-volume roles.
• Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Impact active requirements by building and maintaining candidate pipelines for hub-based roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, direct sourcing, Boolean searches, networking, referrals and social media.
• Review applications and create curated shortlists for recruiters.
• Conduct phone screens and document outcomes in call logs for TA Partners.
