Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a System Engineer – IT Support to maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, email security, endpoint management, and network components in a hybrid environment.

You will support Windows and macOS devices, manage user onboarding, incident resolution within SLAs, and collaborate with global IT teams. A customer-service mindset and strong documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong knowledge of email security concepts and tools (DKIM/DMARC/SPF basics).
• Solid Windows systems administration experience (Windows 10/11, Windows Server basics).
• Experience supporting macOS/MacBook in a corporate environment.
• Experience with IT ticketing platforms and SLA-driven support.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requests.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and mailbox-related requests.
• Provide comprehensive endpoint management and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS devices.
• Support core networking components (LAN, WLAN, firewalls) and monitor EDR tooling.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding processes, access provisioning, and maintain IT asset inventories.
• Resolve support tickets within SLAs and maintain accurate technical documentation, collaborating with global IT teams.
