Job summary

Insight is seeking a Software Licensing Renewals Admin in Pasig with hybrid work arrangements. The role involves creating client-facing quotes for new and renewal subscriptions, coordinating with Client Executives, and handling renewal notices.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong English communication. You will work across Cisco tools and Insight systems, maintaining accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university.
• At least 1 year of experience in relevant work experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create client-facing quotes for net new, renewals, and modifications on existing subscriptions.
• Respond to questions related to completed requests or existing subscriptions.
• Collaborate with Client Executives to fulfill requests.
• Communicate with Cisco AM and internal departments for basic queries as needed.
• Log completed orders and create workflows.
• Send renewal notices and create renewal quotes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
