Job summary

Insight is seeking a Software Licensing Advisor in Pasig, NCR to work cross-functionally on Microsoft licensing solutions. You will analyze requirements, present licensing options, and support renewals and upsell opportunities while delivering high-quality licensing support.

The role emphasizes cost-benefit analyses, collaboration with Sales and Finance, and ongoing learning to stay current with licensing programs and promotions. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 3 years providing direct support for Microsoft Volume Licensing sales and support lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint proficiency.
• Willing to achieve Microsoft Certifications within 6 months of joining Insight.
• Amenable to a hybrid setup (1 day in the office, 4 days from home).
• Experience as a Subject Matter expert in a product or service.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft licensing and communicate via emails, presentations and calls.
• Engage with clients and sales teams to understand requirements and support decision-making.
• Provide detailed cost-benefit analyses of licensing options.
• Identify and support renewals, true-ups, net new business, and upsell opportunities.
• Assist in closing business opportunities in partnership with Clients and Sales teams.
• Provide data and reporting on key performance indicators, including renewal and true-up status.
• Drive Microsoft agreement lifecycles to maximise customer value.
• Maintain expertise in Microsoft programs, promotions, and licensing rules.
• Utilize internal systems (ELD, Smart, SharePoint, VLC, MPSA) and troubleshoot data issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Customer Support, and Product teams.
