Job summary

Insight is seeking a Software Licensing Renewals Admin in Pasig with hybrid work arrangements. The role involves creating client-facing quotes for new and renewal subscriptions, coordinating with Client Executives, and handling renewal notices.

Responsibilities

• Create client-facing quotes for net new, renewals, and modifications on existing subscriptions.

• Collaborate with Client Executives to fulfill requests.
• Communicate with Cisco AM and internal departments for basic queries as needed.
• Log completed orders and create workflows.
• Send renewal notices and create renewal quotes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the role:

The Software Licensing Admin would be responsible for creating client facing quotes (i.e., Net new, renewals, and modification on existing subscriptions) using Cisco and Insight tools, works together with Client Executives for any clarifications on quote requests, sending of quotes to Client Executives, responding to queries, booking orders, opening tickets as necessary using Cisco tools and updating internal trackers on completed requests.

What you will do at Insight:

• Creating client facing quotesfor net new opportunities andto modifyexisting subscriptions.


• Responding to questions relatedtothe completed request, or existing subscriptions.


• Workingtogether withClient Executivesin accomplishingthe request.


• Communicatingwith Cisco AM and other internaldepartmentsfor any basic queriesrelating to the request as needed.


• Logging completed ordersand creating workflows.


• Sending out renewal notices and creating renewal quotes.


• Other duties as assigned.

What you will need to join Insight

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College orUniversity


• At least1year of experience inrelevant work experience

• Strong written and verbalEnglishcommunications skills

Preferred

Knowledge of Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW), specifically Cisco SaaS/Subscriptions portal and related processes is a plus but not required
