The Operations Specialist role is a hybrid position in Pasig, Philippines, serving as the single point of contact for orders within Fulfillment Centers and collaborating with Sales and other departments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT or software, strong communication, and excellent MS Office/Excel skills.

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant work experience within IT or Software industries.
Self-starter who can work independently.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Good communication and cross‑department collaboration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
Ability to read and understand documents and technical information.

Responsibilities

The Operations Specialist will be the single point of contact to Sales and other departments for orders within the Fulfillment Centers.
Proactively acknowledge and complete daily inquiries and work requests.
Work inter-departmentally to support and successfully fulfill requests.
Build and maintain relationships.
Provide feedback on processes, efficiency, and quality.
Responsible for accurate documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
