Job summary

Insight is seeking a Client Operations Specialist in Pasig, Philippines. This hybrid role focuses on supporting pre-sales activities for an assigned group of accounts, including quoting, catalog maintenance, renewals under $25K, and account documentation.

You will collaborate with pre-sales teams to address client needs and maintain accurate notes across systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 1 year in customer service, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships.
• Strong English language competency and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other teammates.
• Strengths should include high attention to detail, active listening, asking great questions, effective communication, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with pre-sales teams to understand client needs and provide prompt, accurate responses.
• Lead client-support tasks including simple catalogue maintenance and simple quoting, renewals under $25K, part creation, and maintenance of client data.
• Maintain account documentation, ensuring all client interactions are tracked within templates and engagement portals.
