Insight is seeking a Sales Support Sr. (Quoting Experience) in Pasig for hybrid APAC support. You will quote, process orders, manage accounts, and support Account Executives with pricing, procurements, and contract compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years in customer service, order management and quoting, plus strong English communication and multitasking abilities. The role offers benefits and a collaborative, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-4 years of experience in customer service, order management and quotation management.
• Experience in order management, quoting, and use of quoting software is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Strong commitment to company values and operating principles.
• Prior experience handling escalations or as SME is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Quote, order and account management for assigned Account Executives.
• Mailbox and call management, part requests, report generation and order fulfillment.
• Prepare, manage and submit sales quotes accurately into the quote entry system.
• Research technical information on product requests and ensure procurement access.
• Ensure correct bid pricing and contract compliance on orders.
• Set up new client sold-to, bill-to and ship-to details as needed.
• Manage pricing agreements and work with vendors on special pricing.
• Assist clients with Insight web accounts and handle RMA management and collections.
